Did you know that approximately 80% of the population is deficient in magnesium?
It’s used for over 300 functions in our bodies, and we burn through it faster in times of stress. Even more importantly, it’s a co-factor for the absorption and use of other key nutrients, like vitamin D. Getting enough magnesium is critically important to health!
Some signs you might not get enough:
- Struggle to fall or stay asleep
- Occasional constipation
- Feeling anxious/wired
- Lack of appetite
- Muscle soreness/cramps
- Metabolic issues
Earthley's Good Night Lotion is rich in natural magnesium chloride and blended with skin-nourishing oils. This means it’s not itchy like sprays, and doesn’t cause digestive upset like pills. It’s also very easy to use — simply rub it into belly or legs approximately 15 minutes before sleep. There are approximately 100 mg of magnesium per teaspoon of lotion, so use the amount that meets your needs!
Their lotion is safe for all ages. Choose original (with lavender essential oil for added benefits) or sensitive (without essential oils/unscented for those who are allergic to lavender or prefer unscented products). Shelf life of 1 year.

I've been using this for about a month now. I rub it on the kid's and I's feet right before bed, and I notice we have more restful sleep. My kid's ask for it every night! I slept pretty good before, but with this it is a deeper type of sleep. No lag feeling the next morning either.
Had leg cramps two nights in a row. Next night rubbed small amount of Goodnight Lotion on legs. No leg cramps that night! Next night did not use and leg cramps were back. It works!
I have struggled with leg cramps most of my adult life . Stretching in the middle of the night half asleep, a handful of salt, chugging water, etc…
Not any more those nights are over. I highly recommend this product and I am thankful for a great night sleep.
