Mullein loosens and removes excess mucus in the respiratory system. It is also an anti-inflammatory helping to relax muscles and relieve congestion. Fenugreek is a natural antioxidant and antibacterial herb which aids in fighting off respiratory infection. Dandelion root is also a natural antioxidant and aids mullein and fenugreek in supporting a healthy respiratory system.

Usage: 

Original:

• Ages 2 – 6: 5 – 10 drops
• Ages 6 – 12: 10 – 20 drops
• Ages 13+: 20 drops

Kids (Alcohol Free):

• 6 mo – 6 years: 5-10 drops
• 6 – 12 year: 10-20 drops
• 13+: 20 drops

Taken orally. Can be added to tea, juice, or smoothie if that is preferred. If the first dose is not effective, more can be given after 15 – 20 minutes. Can be taken every 4 hours or as needed.
