Castor detoxing is easy! Simply soak a cloth in castor oil, place it over the body part that needs help, cover with plastic wrap to protect from mess, and lay a heating pad on top.

Warm formula is best for joint stiffness, general inflammation, and people who are generally cool/feel cold easily.

Usage:

Soak a cloth lightly in oil. Apply to area needed to treat and cover with a heating pad. Rest for 30 - 60 minutes. Repeat as needed.
